Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I love writing, creating new characters and stories, and seeing where those characters and stories go. I hope they resonate with truth, relatability, and the hope for change. Scroll down to read my published stories, subscribe to my email list, and connect with me on Instagram.

I’ve been writing stories since first grade. I’m also a violinist, vocalist, yoga enthusiast, and a fan of Jane Austen. I harbor a fondness for Mount Rainier and Mount Fuji. I have a loving husband and two sons who are older than I can believe.

I hold degrees in psychology and counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Seton Hall University. My work has appeared on press53.com and Silver Birch Press. My personal narrative "The Climb" was published in the 2021 Wordrunner eChapbook, LOVE. I am currently querying a novel-length manuscript that was a finalist in the 2020 James River Writers Best Unpublished Novel Contest.
